I began my journey in bodywork at the Connecticut Center for Universal Reflexology in 2006. After moving to Santa Barbara in 2008, I practiced at The Herbal Spirit Institute, where I worked with over 350 herbs, crafting tinctures and formulas that I now incorporate into my organic herbal foot soaks.

My passion for healing led me to further studies in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy at the Polarity Center in 2023 and Spinal Flow Technique in Queensland, Australia, in 2024.

Growing up on Cape Cod, I’ve always been influenced by the ocean’s tides. My work focuses on the Central Nervous System and nerve endings, guiding the body’s natural rhythms. Spinal fluid is like the tides within us, and True Current represents the energy force within that fluid. This approach to bodywork provides a profound alternative to talk therapy, allowing the body to release what it holds within.
